Effective 2026-07-18. By ordering from TariffClear you agree to these terms.
TariffClear delivers informational HTS classification advisories and duty analyses for U.S. importers, built from CBP rulings (rulings.cbp.gov) and the live USITC tariff schedule (hts.usitc.gov) at generation time. Advisories are not customs brokerage, legal advice, or a binding CBP determination. Final classification responsibility rests with the importer of record. Binding certainty is available only through a CBP ruling under 19 C.F.R. Part 177.
A licensed customs-broker countersign is being stood up. Until it is in place, each advisory is marked [PENDING — licensed review] and provided as an informational analysis for informational use only. We state the review status on every deliverable — we do not represent that a licensed review has occurred when it has not.
The single advisory is delivered by email within two business days of confirmed payment. Requests placed through the site are order intents; we email payment instructions (card or wire) first, and nothing is charged until you confirm.
Advisories are custom digital deliverables prepared to order. Our refund terms:
Because of that last point, we surface the likely outcome before you commit: the free check shows your recommended code and its confidence band (HIGH / MODERATE / LOW) at no charge, so you can see whether the answer looks strong — or whether a binding ruling is the better route — before ordering the paid advisory. Nothing is charged until you review the payment instructions we email you.
To request a refund, email inha.journey@gmail.com with your order reference.
We email payment instructions after you place an order intent. Korean entities may request a Korean tax invoice (세금계산서). No payment card details are collected on this site.
TariffClear is an independent, owner-operated practice, not a large firm. If your procurement or accounts-payable process needs a registered entity name, tax ID, or a formal W-9 to raise a purchase order, email us before ordering — we'll confirm what billing documentation we can provide for your entity and jurisdiction so nothing stalls in AP. We'd rather set that expectation up front than surprise you at invoice time.
Tariff policy is changing on a weekly basis in 2026. Every advisory is stamped with its policy data version and re-verified against live government sources at generation time. Figures are provided for convenience and are subject to change; verify against the current HTSUS at the time of entry.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an advisory is limited to the fee paid for that advisory. Advisories are informational and not legal, financial, or customs-brokerage advice.
