What we collect

When you use the free check, we send your product description and optional origin and shipment value to public government APIs (hts.usitc.gov and rulings.cbp.gov) to compute a result. When you request an advisory or email yourself a result, we collect the email address you provide and the product facts you enter (imported condition, materials, principal use, commercial name). We do not ask for or store payment card details on this site.

How we use it

To generate your classification result and deliver the advisory you request.
To email you the breakdown or checklist you asked for, and payment instructions for an order.
To reply to your questions.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your product facts to train third-party models.

Processors we rely on

FormSubmit relays your form submissions to us by email. Its handling is governed by its own privacy terms.
Vercel hosts this site and, where enabled, provides privacy-friendly, cookie-less aggregate traffic analytics (no personal profiles).
U.S. government APIs (USITC, CBP) receive your product description to return tariff and ruling data; these are public lookup services.

Retention

We keep advisory-request records and the underlying product facts only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our own record-keeping obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

Email inha.journey@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us. The email-capture box on the calculator is optional — the free check works without it.
